Lana Spomer
PT, DPT
My name is Lana Spomer and I have been working as a Physical Therapist for the past 4.5 years, specializing in pediatrics. I completed my DPT program at Wayne State University in December of 2017 where I received my Doctorates degree. I knew all throughout graduate school my end goal was to work in pediatrics. I chose the PT career at a young age by volunteering at a children’s adaptive summer camp hosted by physical therapists. It inspired me to further pursue this path and it is what has brought me here to be able to treat children of all ages and abilities.
I started my career in private practice prior to moving to Beaumont in 2019. My areas of expertise include gross motor and developmental delay, hypotonia, gait abnormalities and disorders and orthopedic injuries. What I value most as a PT is being able to help a child achieve what they were always capable of doing and give them the confidence to continue to grow and develop on their own.
